Credit Card Required for Booking Appointments

To ensure a seamless and efficient booking experience, we require all clients to provide a valid credit  card at the time of scheduling an appointment. This policy helps us manage our appointment calendar more effectively and maintain a high level of service for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to respect the time of our service providers and other clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee compensates for lost wages and ensures we can continue offering the highest standard of service.
